📍 Do you have a physical location for us to make a purchase?

We currently operate online only. You can shop all our 3D-printed creations directly at printventure3.com. We are based in Singapore and ship both locally and internationally.

📦 What is the shipping cost and delivery time?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

• Singapore: 1–3 business days / Same Day Delivery is available at extra charges

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

All orders include tracking.

🌏 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that import taxes or customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

🖨️ What are your products made of?

All our items are 3D printed using PLA filament, a durable, eco-friendly material made from corn starch. Slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of 3D printing.

🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns for damaged or defective items. Please email us at hello@printventure3.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll assist you. Return shipping fees apply.
